Dušan Barok's work is concerned with digital culture, memory and activism. He is founding editor of Monoskop, a research platform for the arts and humanities, and has been involved in collectives such as 3/4, Burundi, Multiplace, La Société Anonyme and Society of Algorithm. (2023)

Dušan Barok ist ein in Bratislava (Tschechoslowakei) geborener Künstler, Forscher und Organisator. Seine Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit digitaler Kultur, Gedächtnisforschung und Aktivismus. Er ist Gründungsherausgeber von Monoskop, einer Forschungsplattform für avantgardistische Medienstudien, die er 2004 als Teil des Burundi-Kollektivs initiierte. (2023)
