Oliver Rehák
Oliver Rehák (1973) is a music critic, journalist and cultural organiser. He works as cultural editor in Denník N.
Oliver Rehák received a BA in economics from the University of Economics, Bratislava, and a MA in musicology from the Comenius University in Bratislava. He co-founded the 3/4 magazine (1999), Atrakt Art – Association for Advanced Arts and Culture (2000), and the Next festival of advanced music (2000). He has organised and curated various sound and multimedia events, including as part of the Multiplace new media culture festival and in the A4 - Zero Space in Bratislava. From 2003-2014 he was editor and head of culture in the SME daily. He is also active as a producer of recordings of experimental music, has been part of multiple music projects including Etnoise Orchestra, Voice Over Noise, and Toddler Punk, and appeared in several other projects (Lunárne legendy, Wladimir Image, Musica falsa et ficta, Frutti di Mare). He lives in Bratislava. (2021)
