Sean Dockray is an artist who has been living in Los Angeles for the past decade. There, he was a founding director of the non-profit organization, [[Telic Arts Exchange]], an organization established for critically engaging with new media and culture. His practice radiates outward from writing - both software and texts - occasionally into complex platforms that involve many people over long durations, taking on a life of their own.
