Mercedes Bunz is Professor in Digital Culture & Society at the Department of Digital Humanities, King’s College London.

She writes about digital technology and philosophy of technology. She is co-founder of the Creative AI Lab, a collaboration with the Serpentine Gallery, London. She is is co-founder of meson.press, and is curious about digital publishing and open access. Her latest publication explores "How Not to Be Governed Like That by Our Digital Technologies". (2022)
