Studied information technologies in Bratislava, mass media communication in Trnava, and currently networked media program at Piet Zwart Institute, Rotterdam. In 2003 co-founded BURUNDI media lab and organised there the series of Translab evenings. Developed open source tool for online group-help backstage and a number of websites and online databases for artistic, cultural and educational organisations. In 2006 and 2007 together with Magda Kobzová organised two-week long Summer Open Academy in Bratislava, workshop-based event bringing together people with artistic, technical, media and humanistic backgrounds. Since 2004 involved in organisation of Multiplace network culture festival, in 2007-2009 as festival coordinator. Since 2008 together with Peter Gonda he is administrator of free art server Sanchez. Since 2004 administrates a wiki-based portal Monoskop for research of social and institutional history of media art, in 2009 started a free access living archive of writings on art, culture and media technologies Monoskop/log, and currently is editing a publication about history of media art in East-Central Europe. Collaborations with OKNO, Atrakt Art (3/4 magazine), 13m3, Col-me, Satori, and others. In 2006 taught interactive media at Prague College. Lectures occasionally (AKU Banská Bystrica, MU Brno, FaVU Brno, FAMU Prague). Lives in Rotterdam and Bratislava.
