Dunja Blažević
Dunja Blažević has been Director of the University of Belgrade’s Student Cultural Center Art Gallery from 1971 to 1976 and later took over as director and head of programming there, from 1976 to 1980. In 1981 she began to produce and direct the TV programme, ‘TV Gallery’, dealing with new developments in art and authors’ video (the title was in homage to Garry Schum), which was regularly broadcast on Belgrade Television and on the National Network until 1991. From 1991 to 1996 she lived in Paris and worked as an art critic, curator and independent producer. Since 1996, Dunja Blažević has been Director of the Soros Center for Contemporary Arts in Sarajevo, B&H, which, in 2000, changed its name to the Sarajevo Center for Contemporary Arts - SCCA. From 2004 to 2007, she was the leader of the SCCA’s multidisciplinary regional project, ‘De/construction of the Monument’.
