Oleg Khadartsev is the founder and creative director of Fridaymilk, an artist and experimental filmmaker based in Murmansk and Kirkenes. As part of the team and in individual projects, Khadartsev tries to research and reflect on migration from the northern regions and to find new reasons and motivations for people to stay in the North. Khadartsev's latest artistic project is Radioarctica, a long-term sound/visual almanac project that explores the lives of people who were born, came, stayed or returned to the North.
