Christina Grammatikopoulou

Christina Grammatikopoulou (Χριστίνα Γραμματικοπούλου) is an art historian and postdoctoral researcher at the University of Macedonia, Thessaloniki. Her research focuses on technofeminism and gender performance in the expanded digital/physical space. Her doctoral thesis (University of Barcelona) dealt with the (im)materiality of art based on performance and digital technology, while her subsequent publications explored diverse topics at the intersection of digital culture and visual arts. Her work experience involves teaching, research and she has also worked in the sector of digital innovation, as a digital communications expert. Since 2008 she has been part of the editorial team of the art journal Interartive. Currently she is a member of the technofeminist research group #purplenoise. (2023)
