Doru Tulcan (1943, Cladova, Arad, Romania) was a member of Sigma group between 1969-1978. Created as a result of actionist experiments, his drawings and etchings explore the body’s representations. He had six solo exhibitions in Timisoara and Bucharest, and took part in various international group exhibitions in Germany, Greece, Canada, Italy, Romania and Edinburgh. He is a lecturer at University of the Vest, Faculty of Fine Arts, Timisoara.
