Doru Tulcan (b.1943, Arad, Romania) lives and works in [[Timisoara]]. He was a member of [[Sigma]] group between 1969-1978. Created as a result of actionist experiments, his drawings and etchings explore the body’s representations, a body which is repeatedly sublimated and endlessly volatile, so as to espace the reality that hold him firmly to the ground. He had six personal exhibitions in Timisoara and Bucharest, and took part in various international group exhibitions in Germany, Greece, Canada, Italy, Romania and Edinburgh.
