Étienne Brouzes is a member of ONPHI, and also its secretary. Educated at université Paris X, a former student of François Laruelle, he has been working since 2000 in the data processing sector, the internet in particular. In addition to requisite programming skills to create web sites or connected apps, he particularly developed unspecific know-how in manipulating and exploiting data processing.
