Ma-net

ma-net is a group of pro-active individuals with considerable sector experience, attached to organisations who are committed to promoting media arts in the North West of England. ma-net’s primary strengths is the diversity of its membership, ranging across the roles of director, curator, university lecturer, business manager and artist, which provides the network with a broad frame of reference, expertise and insight into the constantly shifting area of media arts.

ma-net is a constitution of unincorporated association and was established in September 2003, whereby members were instated and an Executive Committee was elected. In August 2004, a part-time Coordinator was appointed to work closely with members, with the aims to enhance and develop ma-net objectives through researching and instigating a programme of further initiatives / activities.
