Auvid was founded in 1999 by Ladislav Železný, Aleš Killián and Václav Ondroušek. Originally they showed the sound gardens of the planet Earth visualising the conscious sound dream, on the border between image and sound. Today the members concentrate (among other subjects like philosophy of sound) on the communication between art and spectator while trying to return the original meaning of art as a possible therapeutically means of communication.

Projects include vibrational water tube for accoustic bath Gyatam (1999-?), audiovisual work for baroque church Eclipse (1999), sonic performances SoundLetter (2000+1), interactive installation Imprint (2001), feedback sonic composition Influence (2002), and composition for visualization of space frequencies Sonic Architecture (2002).
