Started in 2000 from an initiative of Aleksei Isaev. Since 2002 held in the framework of Moscow International Film Festival in Moscow.

Staff: Alexei Isaev and Olga Shishko (directors), Olga Rumyantseva (PR manager), and Tatiana Gorucheva, Irina Lavrukhina, Antonina Titova (coordinators).
