Lim Kyung yong (임경용) studied film studies and film producing at the Korea National University of Arts and Korea Academy of Film Arts. He co-founded a publishing house, mediabus in 2007. Then in 2010, he co-founded The Book Society, a bookshop and project space where he has promoted books on art and independent publications on various subjects with Helen Jungeyon Ku. He has curated some exhibitions and projects about publishing, including Xerox Project (Namjune Paik Art Center, 2015), Artists' Documents: Art, Typography and Collaboration (co-curated, National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, 2016), and Seoul Mediacity Biennale 2018 (Directorial Collective, Seoul Museum of Art, 2018). He has also translated some books including Post-Digital Print (Alessandro Ludovico, Mediabus, 2017). He lives in Seoul. (2020)
